Jesus. This Year.

Hey all.

This year has been a long one. A really long one. Not in terms of writing, but everything else. Those of you still pokin around now and then – thanks for dropping by. Hello.

I’ve been trying to produce content and get books ready to publish but that drive has been stupidly secondary next to work, home, physical health, and so on. I think I’ve put down maybe 250k words in 2018. Not what I wanted.

Work has mostly settled down into a groove. We still haven’t found a house big enough for the family but it’s a matter of time – I hope.

So, with 2019 I’ll be aiming to get this gig back on track. At least that’s the goal. Pre-resolution, whatever have you.

Going to try and dig up some of the rambles that may have never made it. Going to try and be more proactive about chapter updates that are over on Royal Road. Going to try and flipping focus and write a single series to the end again so it’s done and out my project pile.

Fridays Online is about 1/2 way done – needing another 100k tops to finish. I’m up to session 11 and have one more interlude, a conclude, and like 16 more chapters to go.

The Fiasco is about 1/2 through it’s 3 book arc – needing another 200k tops to finish. – I’ve put up a whole two new chapters and am slowly working on the next one between editing.

I’ve got two rambles somewhere. A bunch of reviews of random stuff. Then there this weird nonsense.

"There was a weight in the early autumn air. Though they were both persistent in their presence, it was neither the oppressive heat nor the dense humidity that animated the atmosphere this day. The air was fattened, rather, with promises of things to come. Bad things."
